Selling cannabis comes with a lot of rules and regulations. We won’t bore you with the details, but just know we can’t accept returns for products purchased on our site for legal reasons (we do wish we could though!)
The good news: we can still find other creative ways to resolve your issue.
We are currently offering refunds for orders that were paid via Aeropay for wrong, damaged, or missing items. Refunds may take up to 3-5 days to be reflected on your account.
We are currently not offering refunds for orders paid with cash. For those instances, we may offer a store credit equivalent to the amount of the damaged, wrong, or missing item.
At Amuse, all sales are final. We currently do not offer exchanges for purchased products unless the products are damaged or mislabeled.
Keep in mind that the claim will only be valid for the first 30 days after purchase.
