If your account was suspended, it’s likely because we noticed some uncool vibes coming from your account, such as:
- Excessive order cancellation
Hey! We get it. A cancelled order or two makes perfect sense. Life is funny like that. But if cancellations become your thing, we may need to suspend your ordering privileges. - Two-strike no-show policy
Missed us once? That’s on us. Missed us twice? You may be subject to a no-show account suspension. Please don’t make us do it! - Excessive chargebacks
Didn’t love your order? There’s no reason to issue a chargeback when our amazing customer support team is just an email away.
Besides, if we notice too many chargebacks from your account, we’ll have to suspend it (and we really, really don’t want to!). - Violations of Amuse’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policies
If your account was suspended for none of the above reasons, head over to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policies page. It may help you identify exactly where you took a wrong turn.
Amuse thrives on the goodwill of its team and customers. Any individual who compromises the community’s best interests may be subject to an account suspension.
