Here’s a quick guide to switching between all three of our payment options:
If you paid by ACH:
If you paid by ACH but want to switch to cash or in-person debit, please reach out to customer support so we can cancel your payment.
If you paid by in-person debit or cash
If you selected “in-person debit” or “cash” as your payment option, you can switch between either option when your driver arrives.
Important!: You can only cancel your order while it’s in the “Received” phase of the fulfillment process. If you’d like to cancel the order after it goes into processing, get in touch with our customer support team by clicking on either of the buttons below.
